How to Use
Prep: Push back cuticles, gently buff the nail surface and clean thoroughly.
Base Coat: Apply a thin layer and cure under a UV/LED lamp for 60 seconds.
Gel Polish: Apply 1–2 thin coats, curing each layer for 60 seconds. For the cat eye shade, use a magnet before curing to create the desired effect.
Top Coat: Apply and cure for 60 seconds to seal the colour and enhance shine.
Shipping Policy
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping across India to most major cities for all orders above ₹500. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping charge of ₹50 will be added at checkout.
Courier Services: All orders are shipped via reputed courier agencies. Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate address, including a mandatory pin code, to ensure proper delivery. Deliveries are made only on business days.
Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours of receipt. The expected delivery time is 4-5 business days, assuming all conditions are optimal.
Shipping Origin: All products are shipped from our warehouse in Delhi.
Address Changes: If you need to change your delivery address, please do so within 4 hours of placing your order. If you miss this window, please email us at customercare@emigel.in.
Delays: If there is a delay in shipping due to an item being out of stock or any other unusual circumstance, we will notify you via email.
Returns and Exchange Policy
We follow a No Return/Exchange policy for all orders booked, as our products come under the cosmetics category and are not eligible for Returns or Exchanges.
However, we offer a FREE Exchange policy for damaged goods or products with any manufacturing defect received by you, if you inform us within 7 days of order receipt.
We request that you inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and offer you a solution quickly.
For submitting your complaint, please send us an email at customercare@emigel.in with your order number, details of the issue faced and pictures of the products received and issue faced.
If your issue is accepted, we will have the damaged products picked up from your shipping address in our records and send you the correct products again without any charges incurred to you.
