Shipping policy

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping across India to most major cities for all orders above ₹500. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping charge of ₹50 will be added at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD):
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across India in most major cities for your convenience. All COD Orders will need a OTP based confirmation and a Partial Payment of the Net Order Value in advance before COD order is processed.

Courier Services: All orders are shipped via reputed courier agencies. Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate address, including a mandatory pin code, to ensure proper delivery. Deliveries are made only on business days.

Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours of receipt. The expected delivery time is 4-5 business days, assuming all conditions are optimal.

Shipping Origin: All products are shipped from our warehouse in Delhi.

Address Changes: If you need to change your delivery address, please do so within 4 hours of placing your order. If you miss this window, please email us at customercare@emigel.in

Delays: If there is a delay in shipping due to an item being out of stock or any other unusual circumstance, we will notify you via email.
